2023 ANNUAL REPORT
COPPERLEAF METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 9
As required by Section 32-1-207(3)(c), C.R.S., the following report of the activities of the Copperleaf Metropolitan District No. 9 (the “District”) from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 is hereby submitted:
A. Boundary changes made: There were no boundary changes made during the report year.
B. Intergovernmental Agreements entered into or terminated: There were no Intergovernmental Agreements entered into or terminated during the report year.
C. Access information to obtain a copy of rules and regulations adopted: As of the end of the report year, the District has not adopted any rules and regulations. D. Summary of litigation involving the District’s public improvements: There was no litigation involving the District’s public improvements during the report year.
E. Status of the District’s construction of public improvements: The District is not directly constructing any public improvements. The plats for Copperleaf Filing Nos. 27, 28 and 29 were recorded by the developer in 2022. Development on all three filings and associated backbone infrastructure began in September 2022. The horizontal land development is complete.
F. Conveyances or dedications of facilities or improvements, constructed by the District, to the County: There were no conveyances or dedications of facilities or improvements, constructed by the District, to the County during the report year.
G. Final assessed valuation of the District for the reporting year: $3,721.979.
